OUR AEROBICS CLASS AT DPS NORTH KOLKATA
Aerobics is a form of exercise that combines rhythmic free- hand exercise with stretching and strength training. Aerobics helps to lower blood pressure, regulate blood sugar, reduce asthma symptoms, reduce chronic pain, regulate weight, strengthen the immune system and so on.
Our school, DPS North Kolkata teaches us Aerobics with care. It is real fun to exercise rhythmically along with the music. We enjoy the class very much.
