Aerobics or rhythmic fitness exercise is a physical exercise performed with rhythmic music. It makes our heart pump blood faster and at a regular rate, helps us burn off body fat and improves the strength, shape and tone of our body. Types of aerobics include walking, running, swimming, cycling, acrobatics, rowing and much more. It is usually performed in a group setting led by an instructor. With the goal of preventing illness and promoting physical fitness, aerobics is largely practiced all over the world.
In our school DPS North Kolkata, we have aerobics class. We learn aerobics and enjoy learning it. Our teacher teaches us along with music. It’s a good exercise class for us all.
